1. Account Ownership and License Scope
- Non-ownership statement: by downloading and installing the app from App Store / Google Play, users obtain a limited, non-transferable, non-rentable, non-sublicensable software usage license. Users do not obtain legal ownership of account systems or in-app virtual property.
- Account attribution: account systems are provided and operated by us. Users receive usage rights and must keep login information secure. Losses caused by credential leaks, unsafe third-party authorization, or user-side negligence are borne by the user.
- Account recycling: accounts with no login and no payment activity for 180 consecutive days may be deactivated to release infrastructure resources. We provide advance notice (for example in-app notice or registered email where available) approximately 30 days before deactivation. After deactivation, account data and virtual assets may be irreversibly deleted unless retention is required by law.
- Usage restrictions: users may not transfer, rent, lend, sell, or commercially exploit accounts; users may not use accounts for illegal acts. Violations may result in suspension, bans, virtual asset deletion, and legal action.
2. IAA Advertising and Reward Policy (Detailed Fraud Penalties)
- Reward eligibility: users must complete rewarded-video viewing and required interaction conditions without abnormal behavior such as forced app switching, lock-screen avoidance, or script manipulation.
- Reward delivery: reward is issued after valid completion. If delayed due to network or partner issues, users may contact support; we target verification handling within 3 business days.
- Ad quality governance: we actively screen third-party ad feeds and provide in-app reporting for illegal or inappropriate ad content; valid reports are investigated and blocked quickly.
Advertising fraud definition includes, without limitation:
- Using plugins, scripts, cracking tools, emulators, or automation to skip, accelerate, or fake ad views.
- Using multi-account/multi-device operations for reward laundering, transfer, or resale.
- Manipulating device ID, IP, region, VPN/proxy routing, or parameter spoofing to harvest rewards.
- Exploiting ad platform vulnerabilities to trigger fake impressions or fake clicks.
- Any behavior interfering with ad playback integrity, event counting, or settlement fairness.
Penalty ladder for ad fraud:
- First violation: warning, reset of unused ad rewards, ad-view permission suspension for 7 days.
- Second violation: ad-view permission suspension for 30 days, all ad rewards cleared, violation device fingerprint recorded.
- Third or repeated violations: permanent ad-view ban, device-level restrictions, blacklist status, and reserved legal claims for losses.
- Severe abuse (bulk fraud, malicious ecosystem disruption): permanent account and device bans, escalation to app stores for additional sanctions, and legal/financial recovery action; criminal referral if required by law.
3. IAP Payment, Refund, and Dispute Processing (Detailed Fraud Penalties)
- Final price statement: displayed price may include item value, platform commission, VAT/sales tax, duty, or jurisdiction-specific fees. Final charge is governed by store checkout screen.
- Payment processing: all payments are completed via official Apple/Google channels; we do not directly process bank credentials.
- Order records: users can review paid orders in app order history where available.
Refund policy baseline and exceptions:
- Digital goods and consumed services are generally non-refundable after use.
- Potential eligible exceptions (with evidence): successful charge with no entitlement delivery due to our technical fault; unauthorized minor purchase without guardian approval; major app malfunction preventing purchased service use and not fixable within 7 business days.
- Refund flow: users should submit requests via App Store / Google Play official channels or in-app support. We target initial verification within 3 business days. Final refund settlement timeline follows store policy.
IAP fraud definition includes, without limitation:
- Malicious refunds after consumption of purchased value.
- Payment process cracking, bypassing official channels, forged receipts, fake order data.
- Use of stolen payment instruments or illegally obtained codes.
- Region arbitrage abuse via VPN/proxy routing for unfair low-price purchases.
- Bulk account registration to exploit first-time discounts, then resale and monetization.
Penalty ladder for IAP fraud:
- First violation: warning, removal of fraud-obtained goods, IAP restriction for 15 days.
- Second violation: IAP restriction for 90 days, virtual goods reset, device violation record, blacklist tag.
- Third or repeated violations: permanent account and device ban; store-level reports for further action.
- Severe abuse: permanent bans, civil compensation claims, and criminal referral where applicable.
Unauthorized transaction handling: if transactions are caused by unauthorized account access or minor misuse, users/guardians should immediately contact Apple/Google official support and notify us with relevant proof for cooperative investigation.
4. Anti-Cheat and Security Agreement
To maintain operational integrity, users must not engage in:
- Bypassing regional controls or pricing via VPN/proxy or equivalent methods.
- Using automated scripts, emulators, add-ons, cracked clients, bots, or injected modules.
- Packet capture/tampering, forged protocol requests, or statistical manipulation.
- Bulk fake-account operations to manipulate rankings, reviews, or campaign economics.
- Account theft, virtual asset theft, credential leakage, or data abuse against others.
- Device parameter spoofing (for example IMEI/MAC/identifier mutation) to evade sanctions.
- Publishing crack guides or cheating tools, or encouraging violations.
Sanctions may include warning, feature restrictions, account/device bans, blacklist tagging, data removal, service termination, civil compensation claims, and criminal reporting where required.
5. Content Moderation (DSA-Compliant, Detailed)
If the app includes UGC capabilities, we apply a two-layer moderation model (automated detection + human review) with notice-and-action workflow.
- Review mechanism: AI moderation identifies probable violations; trained reviewers perform second-level decisions for flagged or reported content.
- Notice-and-delete process: users are informed of violations where feasible; confirmed violating content may be removed within 24 hours depending on severity and legal urgency. Appeals are accepted, with response goals around 3 business days.
- Prohibited categories include political extremism/illegal security threats, discrimination, violence, obscenity, misinformation, fraud, and infringement of intellectual property, reputation, image rights, or privacy rights.
- User responsibility: users are legally responsible for legality, authenticity, and rights status of submitted content.
- DSA extra transparency: publication of moderation standards, complaint process, periodic reports, and dedicated accountable contacts for scaled UGC operations.
6. Age and Minor Protection
- Where required by local law, users below the legal digital-consent age must obtain guardian permission before creating accounts or making purchases.
- Guardians may request review, correction, or deletion of minor-related data where legally available.
- Unauthorized minor transactions are processed according to store policy and applicable law with guardian evidence support.
